I love seeing the beauty in everyday things.
One of my bucket list photo opportunities was acquired while walking in the back alley, completely by accident. I love lady slippers and had no idea they were practically in my own backyard.
We also had an adventure traveling to Drumheller on my birthday and enjoyed seeing a tiger salamander, an anole and two different types of toads.
Of course there were amazing dinosaurs at the museum, but also some beautiful tropical flowers and a really cool carnivorous pitcher plant.
